The Dream Paradigm

The Dream Paradigm offers a new vision and system for how individuals and the global community can access their deep imagination through their dream state not just to survive, but to thrive and excel in our modern age and our collective future. When you “tend” a dream, you activate the deep imagination. Your mind opens and you become more attuned to our common human and planetary journey as you discern or recognize your place in it. You are able to overcome obsessions, compulsions and addictions, bring new warmth and energy to your relationships, take your career to a new level, and participate in a life more vibrant, alive and aligned with your soul’s purpose.

Meet our Founder

Stephen Aizenstat, Ph.D. is the Chancellor and Founding President of Pacifica Graduate Institute. Professor Aizenstat has devoted his life to understanding the profound wisdom and healing power that exists within each of us. Through our dreams, we are able to access limitless creativity, innovation, improved relationships, and ultimately our human potential. Such an inquiry was a driving force in his creation of Pacifica Graduate Institute, a center for the study of the human experience through depth psychology, mythology and the humanities within the beautiful surroundings of the natural world, located where the mountains meet the sea in Santa Barbara, California. Within such a setting, Professor Aizenstat pioneered his revolutionary, patented Dream Tending approach, a proven system based on 35 years of rigorous scholarship and practical applications road-tested with students, clients and global workshops. Professor Aizenstat’s methodologies have helped thousands of people to unlock the meaning of their dreams, increase intellectual and emotional bandwidth and realize personal and professional goals. Professor Aizenstat has served as an organizational consultant to leading Tech Companies, Hollywood films, and has also lectured extensively around the World. He is affiliated with the Earth Charter International project through the United Nations, where he has spoken. Professor Aizenstat has collaborated with many notable masters in the field including Joseph Campbell, James Hillman, Marion Woodman and Robert Johnson. He has conducted sold-out seminars, workshops and “pop-up” events in the U.S. Asia and Europe. When not teaching and lecturing, Professor Aizenstat can be found snorkeling, swimming, or just observing the song line of the cosmos while watching the sunset over his beloved ocean at the Santa Barbara Harbor.
